The preliminary results from 2024 Rachel Carson Trail Challenge are now available. (Link below!) We landed at a finish rate of about 45%, a testament to the brutal conditions, namely the heat. We all know the trail is difficult under the best conditions. Add record-high temperatures and brutal humidity and it's a recipe for DNF's. We are grateful to the scores of people who used good judgement and stopped when their body could take it no more!
