We will be working to relocate the Rachel Carson Trail off of the western stretch of Murray Hill Road onto property recently acquired by the RCTC.
Today we'll clear the treadway and surrounding brush and make minor improvements to the slope of the trail (sidehill work). A chainsaw will also be used to clear any large trees. Bring loppers, hand clippers, hand saw, mattock/McLeod and gloves (tools and gloves available if you don't have them), and water & snacks for yourself (free granola bars will be provided).
