We are teaming up with Trail Pittsburgh and North Park Trail Runners to host a trail workday in North Park. We'll be focusing on the Rachel Carson Trail segment which is adjacent to the North Park Ice Rink.
Key points:
- We will be practicing social distancing, in accordance with state and local guidelines.
- No experience required.
- Bring gloves & water.
- Keep in mind we'll be working in the weeds; dress appropriately.
- If you have loppers or fiskars (gardening shears) please bring them.
- Tools will be available if you don't have any.
Park at Pigeon Shelter (intersection of McKinney and Kummer Roads) and we'll head over to the Yellow Trail.
