Join us for a hike on the Rachel Carson Trail! We'll meet at the Springdale High School parking area at 8:30 AM and shuttle to the Bull Creek Road parking area where our hike will begin.
- You don't need to notify the hike leader that you plan to attend. Simply show up on time.
- Please carry water (more if the temperature will be warm) and some energy snacks (e.g. Powerbar).
- If it's hunting season, please wear safety orange.
- We will meet at the hike end point and carpool to the start point, leaving a sufficient number of cars behind to carry people back to the start when the hike is over.
- Although dogs are wonderful, please don't bring them on this hike.
- The minimum unaccompanied age is 12.
- Plan for hike overhead time including sign-in, announcements, car shuttling, and so forth.
- The hike is free and open to everyone.
